Directions for use:
Adults and children age 13 and older: 4 capsules with water, three times a day between meals.
Children ages 9-12: 3 capsules three times a day between meals with warm water.
Children ages 5-8: 2 capsules three times a day between meals with warm water.
Children ages 2-4: 1 capsule three times a day between meals with warm water.*
